The staff, especially Fernando, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The hotel itself is quaint and charming, with immaculately clean rooms and classic furnishings. The atmosphere was peaceful and all the guests were quiet and respectful. The location in Mundaka is beautiful, with a surprise seaside setting that delighted our cab driver in Bilbao. We also appreciated the free parking and the fact that everything in Mundaka was easily walkable from the hotel.

Felt totally at home, no complaints whatsoever.
